Toshiba Satellite A75-S125
Although a bit basic in performance, the A75-S125 is one of the most reasonably priced widescreen laptops on the market. It also boasts SuperG Wi-Fi adapter, which effectively allows for double the wireless broadband speed of comparable models.
The absence of any type of FireWire port or memory card reader does present definite limitations, as does the slow DVD burner, below average battery life, and limited hard drive.
The A75-S125 isn’t an advanced computer by any means, but the good display and wireless capability still make it a uniquely good deal for its price.
